Unfortunately there appears to be problems with the open trackers, they are not not connecting anyone, this is out of my control. I need actual working trackers.

8 of the ten recommended trackers were working, and you only need one. Actually, you don’t need any as DHT works without trackers, just takes a bit longer.
Adding new trackers after uploading the torrent doesn’t help, as they won’t be used by anyone who downloads the torrent file.
